PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that “Aura of Kazakhstan” online store can receive about the User while using the online store website, programs and products of the online store and is a public Agreement concluded between the owner of the Internet -shop "Aura of Kazakhstan" IP Berner and the User, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On personal data and protection thereof", and applies to all information that the Internet store "Aura of Kazakhstan" can receive about the User while using the web site www.aurakaz.com.
1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

5. METHODS AND TERMS OF THE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

the User agrees that the Website Administration has the right to transfer personal data to any third parties, in particular, courier services, postal organizations, mobile operators, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the User's order and informing about the progress of fulfillment thereof, including Goods delivery;

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

7. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

In case of loss or disclosure of the Confidential Information, the Website Administration shall not be liable, if this confidential information:

8. DISPUTES RESOLUTION
Prior to applying to the court with a claim under the disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary settlement of the dispute);
The Website Administration, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the claim consideration within the terms established by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Upon failure to come to agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the judicial authority at the location of the website owner in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9. ADDITIONAL CLAUSES

The new Privacy Policy shall come into force from the date it is posted on the website, unless otherwise is provided for by the new edition of the Privacy Policy;
